What changes

PEAC stands for Perspective, Evolution, Alignment and Clarity. Each stage moves you on.

Perspective. You see what's really going on, including your own part in it.

Evolution. You change the habits and thinking that keep tripping you up.

Alignment. Your decisions, time and energy start pointing the same way.

Clarity. You leave with a plan you believe in and the confidence to act on it.

You also have WhatsApp access to me throughout, so you're not on your own when something comes up.

How it works

1. Book a free 30-minute call. We talk about where you are and what you want to change.

2. If PEAC fits, I shape a programme around your goals and we agree it together.

3. We work through the four stages at a pace that gives you time to put each one into practice.

Who it is for

Managers and leaders who keep hitting the same wall.

People stepping up into a bigger role.

Anyone who knows what to do but can't make themselves do it.

It's coaching, not therapy. If you're in crisis, PEAC isn't the right place to start.

A bespoke programme

No two programmes are the same. We shape it around you and agree the details on the free call.

What clients say

“I'd got to the point where I was working harder but getting less satisfaction from it. I couldn't quite put my finger on the problem. Terry helped me step back and look at things properly. Some of the questions were uncomfortable, but probably the ones I needed to answer. I have a much clearer idea of what I want to achieve now.”

James, Senior Manager

“To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought coaching might be a lot of talking without much happening. Actually, Terry challenged me to look at how I was approaching things. I realised I was sometimes creating my own obstacles. I've become more confident in meetings and much better at having conversations I would previously have avoided.”

Daniel, Sales Professional

“I have always been focused on targets and performance. What I had not considered enough was how my own thinking influenced the results I achieved with people. Terry helped me recognise where I needed to change my approach. I value the directness. We talk about real situations, real decisions and what I can do differently. That is what makes it useful.”

Chidi, Business Development Director

“After forty years in business, I thought I knew myself pretty well. Turns out there were still a few surprises! I enjoyed the sessions because Terry doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. He gets you thinking. I've had to reconsider a few things, and that's no bad thing. I feel more settled about the future and what I want to do with it.”

Peter, Retired Business Owner

“I was putting far too much pressure on myself to have everything figured out. Career, money, relationships: I felt I should already know what I was doing. Talking things through helped me see that I was comparing myself with everybody else. I've started making decisions based on what matters to me, rather than what I think I should be doing. I feel less stuck now.”

Alex, Early-Career Professional

“When you run your own business, you become responsible for everything. After a while, you forget to ask yourself what you actually want. The sessions helped me understand my priorities and recognise some of my own habits. I've become better at making decisions and, just as importantly, saying no when I need to.”

Sarah, Business Owner

“I'd spent my entire working life looking forward to retirement. Then it arrived, and I found myself wondering what I was supposed to do next. I hadn't expected that. Coaching helped me think about who I am outside my job and what I want the next chapter to look like. It's given me a fresh perspective and something to work towards.”

Margaret, Recently Retired

“I was constantly putting pressure on myself. Even when things were going well, I was worrying about what might go wrong. The sessions helped me recognise the pattern and understand why I was doing it. I'm still ambitious, but I don't feel I have to prove myself every minute of the day. That has made a real difference.”

Emma, Marketing Consultant

“I wanted to become a better leader and improve the way I work with my team. The coaching helped me see that sometimes I was responding too quickly instead of listening to the full situation. I have become more aware of my reactions and the effect they can have on other people. I still have things to improve, but I now have a better understanding of where to start.”

Priya, Team Leader

“I came to coaching knowing something needed to change, but I couldn't explain exactly what it was. The conversations helped me see some things I'd been overlooking for years. It wasn't always comfortable, but it was worthwhile. I've become clearer about what I want, more confident in my decisions and less inclined to put everyone else's needs before my own.”
