I've been in business for over thirty years, most of it in sales and sales leadership. I've led teams, built territories, and won and lost a lot of deals.
Along the way I trained as a coach and then as a cognitive therapist. I am a senior coach with the NHS Leadership Academy, an ACCPH cognitive therapist and a DiSC practitioner.
What I have learned is simple. Skills matter, but thinking matters more. When people see their own thinking clearly, they make better decisions and lead better.
I'm based in East London. When I'm not working I'm usually on my bike.
